FORMS & INSTRUCTIONS
The Arkansas Ethics Commission monitors the filing of registration and reporting forms for persons and groups acting as lobbyists, ballot question committees, political action committees and independent expenditure committees. The Commission also monitors
certain disclosure reports required of public officials and candidates for public office.
The following forms and
instructions are in Microsoft Word document format (.doc). Click the Flag icon under the
"Form" or "Instructions" (where available) Column to open the corresponding
document.
To avoid a security
prompt which asks for a Network Password, please right click on the
desired set of rules, then left click on Save Target As... and
choose a location on your system where you wish to store the file.
Alternatively, you may use a regular
left click
to access the file from our server -- if you are prompted to enter a
user name & password, press Escape to cancel out of the network
security prompt, and you will be given read-only access to the file.
After
choosing a location, and accepting the default name, the download will
begin, and you will be able to access the file locally on your computer.
If you are unable to open these documents, please contact our office so that
we may arrange to provide you with a mailed or faxed copy.
